2. Services Offered

• Interactive quizzes and assessments
• Learning notes and revision tools

3. Account Access

• Users are assigned credentials upon subscription.
• Credentials must not be shared or transferred.
• Unauthorized access or sharing may result in termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of ClassEdge EdTech Services. Copying, storing, or circulating the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in INR.
• Services are activated only after full payment.
• Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

6. Cancellations

Once payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted. Please refer to the official Cancellation Policy for any exceptions.

7. Refunds

• Applicable only in the case of:
  • A genuine technical issue reported within 48 hours of activation.
  • Incorrect product/service delivered.
  • Failure to access the service despite proper setup.
• All refunds are subject to verification and approval by our technical team.
• Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

8. Modifications

Ideal Learning may update features, conduct maintenance, or restrict access due to misuse without prior notice.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain security of account credentials.
• Use the services strictly for academic purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for:
  • Network outages or service interruptions.
  • Data loss due to user error.
  • Misuse or usage beyond the intended purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
