- A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment date.

Valid reasons for a refund include:
- Technical errors preventing access to the service
- Incorrect product or service delivered
- Inability to use the service despite following correct setup instructions
- Refunds will only be processed after verification and approval by our technical support team.
- Approved refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Notes:
- Requests made after 48 hours from payment will not be entertained.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, user-side device issues, or dissatisfaction without valid cause.
